 Paul and Cindy Neidig are simply put, just the kind of people I want to be like when I "grow up." My husband Robb and I and our triplet sons were completely uprooted as a result of Hurricane Katrina. We had lost virtually everything we owned when the levees broke in New Orleans and flooded the house we had only bought months before. When Robb got a temporary job in Kansas City, we decided to move there and rent a house for the year. We had absolutely nothing. Paul and Cindy heard of our plight, and rounded up donated items and delivered them to us. It seemed like they brought over something new every day for three weeks! They brought beds, couches, dressers, toys, whatever they could find, and bit by bit, in large part to their efforts, we were able to get our lives back to some semblance of normal. During this time, we realized that Paul and Cindy were realtors who worked together as a team when they weren't dropping everything to help disaster victims like us. Nearly a year later, we decided to use our disaster relief loan to buy a house in the Kansas City area, and the completely logical choice of who to represent us was the Neidig team. Paul and Cindy were truly great fun to work with and extremely patient with our somewhat unique needs, as the parents of triplets. We almost always had to bring our boys with us on our house hunting excursions, and either Paul or Cindy was always happy to "babysit" them in the car so that Robb and I could explore each house together. When we had finally chosen a house, Paul and Cindy took care of everything so that we could move to closing, even though Robb and I had to travel out of town for several weeks. They successfully navigated the unknown territory of an SBA relocation loan, and persisted despite numerous obstacles and sometimes confusing information. They always maintained a great sense of humor throughout it all. Sometimes in life you just get to meet really wonderful, honest, and giving people. Dear Cindy & Paul, Just a short note to Thank You...over and over again…. Thank you for the swiftness and fortitude in which you sold our house. Your virtual patience while we looked, and looked, taking up a lot of your time trying to find a new and brighter place to live, was wonderful. During closing on both the old and new home, you left no page unturned. Even after we  moved into our new home, you and Paul were helpfully concerned, making sure everything was A-OK. Going, I might add, was beyond the call of an agent’s duty! And now, many months after we have settled into our new place, you are still helping us. You’ve got class, lady. I can’t begin to tell you how happy both Mike and I are that you were our agent, working for us all the way with each and every little detail…!!

October 20, 2006 Having you walk thru the home with us before listing really helped. You saved us money by telling us what improvements were good ideas to do and those that were not really needed. Once we listed it was amazing, you had several showings by yourselves, open houses and other agents showing as well. The end result was that you sold our home in just two weeks after listing and you got us more than we wanted for our net proceeds. From the personal advice, to the book of details you assembled for prospective buyers to browse thru while visiting, down to the little blue footie covers you left for lookers to wear you treated us like family and we appreciate your personal touch in selling our home.
